Nintendo has officially announced a brand-new amiibo based on Mineru’s Construct from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, with the collectable figure launching on September 17, 2026.
The upcoming release adds another fan-favourite character from the Zelda series to Nintendo’s expanding amiibo lineup. It will be available from the [My Nintendo Store UK](https://nintendo-uk.pxf.io/9VEdEY) for £24.99.
A detailed figure based on the Sage of Spirit
Mineru plays an important role in Tears of the Kingdom as King Rauru’s elder sister and the Sage of Spirit. In the game’s story, she aids Link through a powerful Zonai construct after helping battle the Demon King in the distant past.
Nintendo’s official description for the amiibo reads:
“She is King Rauru’s elder sister and helped her brother fight the Demon King in her role as the Sage of Spirit long ago. She now helps Link in the present day through this Zonai construct.”
Unlike many standard amiibo figures, Mineru’s Construct includes articulated arms, allowing players and collectors to adjust the pose and display the figure in different ways.
In-game bonuses across multiple Zelda titles
As with other amiibo releases, the Mineru’s Construct figure unlocks bonus content in compatible Nintendo games by tapping it to the NFC touchpoint on a Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch 2 system.
Nintendo says the amiibo can grant random items in:
• Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment
• The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
• The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Players may also receive a special paraglider fabric for Link in Tears of the Kingdom.
Nintendo’s full description adds:
“Get cool in-game extras with amiibo accessories and compatible games. Just tap an amiibo accessory to the NFC touchpoint to enjoy fun in-game extra features in compatible games on the Nintendo Switch™ and Nintendo Switch 2 systems.”
